Bolt Bloom Privacy Policy

Game data on your device

Bolt Bloom stores progress, settings, an unfinished puzzle and earned tool balances on your device. The game does not require an account, provide cloud saves or send these game records to our own server. Clearing app storage or uninstalling may remove your progress. We do not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone or precise location.

Optional advertising

The Android app includes Google Mobile Ads and Google's User Messaging Platform. When advertising services are used, Google may collect and share IP addresses (including approximate location derived from them), app interactions, diagnostics and device or account identifiers for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention. The SDK encrypts transferred data using TLS. See Google's Privacy Policy and Google's SDK disclosure. Advertising data retention is governed by Google's policies.

Children, families and age settings

Bolt Bloom is designed for children aged 6 and over and older players. Before the first optional rewarded ad, a neutral age question lets you enter your age or choose not to say. Only an under-18, adult or unknown age group is stored on this device; the entered number is discarded. This group controls consent settings and is not sent to our own server. Children and users of unknown age receive under-age-of-consent treatment. All players receive ad requests tagged for child-directed treatment and a maximum content rating of G, disabling interest-based advertising and remarketing. Advertising ID and Android AdServices permissions are removed from the app. Google may still process contextual advertising and operational data described above; these settings do not mean that advertising collects no data. Parents or guardians can contact dk.d03@outlook.com about privacy.

Your choices

Rewarded ads are optional; the basic puzzles work without viewing them. Where required, a consent form is presented before an ad request. If the consent service requires ongoing privacy choices, an “Ad privacy choices” button appears in Settings. You may also reset or delete your advertising ID through Android settings. Skipping ads does not remove rewards you have already earned.

Retention and deletion

Local game records remain on your device until cleared or removed. You can delete them through Android Settings by clearing Bolt Bloom app storage. There is no game account to delete. If you contact support, DK.D uses your email address and message to answer your request and retains the correspondence as needed to resolve the issue and meet applicable obligations. You can request deletion of support correspondence by emailing dk.d03@outlook.com. Google controls the retention of advertising data it receives under its own privacy policy.

Contact and changes

If you email us, we use the information you provide to answer your request. For questions or applicable privacy requests, contact dk.d03@outlook.com. This policy may be updated when the app's practices change; the effective date will be revised.
